Location: Saginaw, MI (with travel to Bay City, Midland, and Mt. Pleasant as needed)

You'll work alongside an experienced team in a collaborative outpatient setting while enjoying a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no call, evenings, or weekends .

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Diagnose and manage a variety of sleep disorders, including:
  • Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
  • Narcolepsy
  • Insomnia
  • Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)
• Interpret patient histories and assess treatment effectiveness
• Develop individualized care plans, including CPAP therapy and medication management
• Educate patients on sleep health, treatment compliance, and lifestyle modifications
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff across multiple locations
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Uphold all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards

• Current, unrestricted Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board Certification
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care abilities
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed

• Prior Sleep Medicine experience
• Experience in Pulmonary, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurology, or related specialties
