We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a thriving Level III NICU team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for both experienced practitioners and new graduates. You will provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams. Participation in high-risk deliveries and the performance of advanced neonatal procedures will be required. You will contribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning. Engaging in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice is essential. You will work in a supportive and dynamic environment with full integration into the care team. The role includes support for the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care. Mentorship programs specifically designed for new graduates are available. You will participate in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care. Candidates with 2+ years of NNP experience are highly preferred, but new graduates are welcomed to apply. This position does not accept locum candidates or visa sponsorship.
