Job Duties

• Operate an injection mold machine, trimming and inspecting plastic parts.
• Visual quality inspections.
• Stacking parts in designated areas as they are coming out of the machine.
• Ensuring correct amount of parts are in correct bin and labeled correctly.

• Entry level
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes

What You Will Do

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. A Production Associate contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift. The Production Associate supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety. This profession rewards individuals who enjoy manufacturing and working as part of a production team.
