People Operations Generalist - Payroll & Benefits

TransGrid Energy is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support key HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will handle onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS maintenance, and employee relations in a fast-paced energy environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of multi-state compliance. This role works on-site in the Houston area and partners with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition #J-18808-Ljbffr
