PROIECTUS Services LLC is a rapidly growing commercial electrical contractor specializing in commercial electrical construction, structured cabling, life safety systems, and technology integration.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial construction projects throughout South Florida.

The Senior Electrical Foreman will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all field electrical activities on commercial construction projects. This individual will lead field personnel, coordinate with General Contractors and other trades, ensure compliance with project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards, while supporting project documentation and communication with company management.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader capable of independently managing commercial projects with minimal supervision, focuses on efficient project coordination, adherence to schedules and budgets, and effective use of software tools like Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
• Plan daily work activities and manage field productivity.
• Coordinate installation activities with General Contractors and other trades.
• Interpret electrical, architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA safety standards.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections.
• Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics.
• Monitor project progress and maintain project schedules.
• Identify field conflicts and develop practical solutions.
• Support the preparation of RFIs by documenting field conditions and identifying design conflicts.
• Document potential Change Orders and extra work.
• Maintain accurate As-Built drawings.
• Coordinate project punch lists and close-out activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years serving as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Foreman.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
• Experience supervising crews of 5–15 electricians .
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience with restaurants, retail, office buildings, hospitality, healthcare, or other commercial projects.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software.
• Experience supporting RFIs, As-Built drawings, and Change Order documentation.
• Bilingual English / Spanish.
