Job Title: Sales Media Clerk
Resumen General
Encargado(a) de la entrada de contratos al sistema, además de recibir y canalizar asuntos relacionados al Departamento de Ventas para el funcionamiento efectivo del mismo.
Responsabilidades, Deberes y Tareas Esenciales
El deber primordial de la persona que ocupa esta plaza consiste en la ejecución de las siguientes tareas de acuerdo con las políticas, directrices y procedimientos de la Compañía:
- Trabajar con la entrada de contratos de Wapa y Wapa América- Programación regular y especial, infomerciales, entre otros en el sistema.
- Asistir a los vendedores, revisar discrepancias, tarifas, cancelaciones, entre otros.
- Dar seguimiento a todo lo que se tenga pendiente en cuanto a contratos.
- Ofrecer apoyo en el departamento cuando sea necesario.
- Cualquier otra tarea y/o responsabilidad asignada por su supervisor.
Requisitos del Puesto
Para desempeñarse con éxito en este puesto, la persona debe poder realizar cada tarea a cabalidad. Los requisitos descritos a continuación son representativos del conocimiento, destrezas y habilidades requeridas. Acomodo razonable puede ser facilitado para que personas con impedimentos puedan desempeñar dichas funciones.
- Bachillerato en Sistemas de Oficina, Administración de Empresas o área relacionada.
- Un (1) año de experiencia o más en funciones relacionadas.
- Altas destrezas en manejo de teclado (Data Entry).
- Conocimiento en el Sistema WideOrbit (preferiblemente)
- Conocimiento práctico de los programas Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook).
- Excelentes destrezas en ortografía y redacción en español e inglés.

Las demandas físicas aquí descritas son representativas de aquellas necesarias para cumplir exitosamente con las tareas esenciales del puesto. Se ofrecerá acomodo razonable a aquel empleado que lo necesite según las políticas del Departamento de Recursos Humanos.
Se trabaja un 100% del tiempo en la oficina.
