Job Summary Location/TimeZone (On-site): NY-New York-1515 Broadway onsite full time Hours: 9am to 6pm Tatum by Randstad's client is transitioning its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to Oracle Fusion, a major initiative that will reshape how HR data, processes, and workflows operate across the organization. As part of this transition, our client is looking for dedicated support to manage the associated HR process changes, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, well-governed transition to the new platform. TA manages req process that is being transferred over to data management team, this person will manage the process from step 1 to completion, they will start with current stakeholders and understand the process in detail, and put that together in a training document and create process flows and new processes as needed and partner with the team to confirm where things can be streamlined and then then troubleshoot and tweak the process once it's implemented, understand what guides are needed, host training sessions. Currently we are in SuccessFactors so we are transitioning to Oracle in the coming months as the new HCM. This new HCM is live but will be transitioning to different areas of the business in the coming months. International HR manages their hiring in Successfactors and will also transition. This will require process evaluation from start to finish, to help streamline this process, understand what are the intricacies, details to the process that make this unique, provide documentation on these processes and recommendations on how to streamline. Understanding international hiring governance is highly preferred. What are the TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have on their resume in order to be considered? Experience in HR operations, HRIS, or business process management, with at least 3 years in a project management or process transformation leadership role. Experience managing system implementations or transitions involving platforms, Oracle Fusion is required. Nice to Have: SAP SuccessFactors, or Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. experience with Google applications is preferred but not required location: New York, New York job type: Contract salary: $90 - 100 per hour work hours: 9 to 6 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 10 Years Job Description Director, HR Process Transformation & Project Management (East Coast) Own and manage the end-to-end project plan for the transition of Job Requisition creation and associated HR Data Management (HRDM) process changes. Develop and manage integrated timelines encompassing training, milestones, resourcing, knowledge transfer, go-live readiness, and risk mitigation. Partner with subject matter experts across TA Operations and HRDM to ensure implementation remains on schedule and aligned with business objectives. Direct project management of Pending Hires for International populations, including case status tracking, cross-functional coordination with HRDM, TA, Immigration/Global Mobility, and local country teams, and timely resolution of escalations. Establish and maintain a governance cadence - including status reporting, escalation pathways, and milestone tracking - to ensure visibility and accountability across stakeholders for International Pending Hires. Develop and maintain comprehensive work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and transitioned HRDM processes, including Job Requisition creation within Oracle Fusion. Design and implement a structured knowledge transfer strategy to facilitate process ownership transitions (e.g., from TA Operations to HRDM), incorporating training schedules, shadowing and support periods, and defined readiness criteria.
