In this role, you will design and manage comprehensive medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programs. You will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, manage budgets, and lead annual renewal processes with external brokers. The ideal candidate will leverage digital tools and data analytics to drive plan efficiency and personalization, while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and delivering engaging communications that foster benefits literacy across the organization.Responsibilities12 exclusive years of experience in handling US BenefitsDevelop and manage the end-to-end benefits strategy for the US, Canada and Mexico, including medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programsPartner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, manage budgets, and lead annual renewal processes with external brokers and carriers.Design and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education campaigns to drive financial and benefits literacy across the organization.Ensure strict regulatory compliance with applicable US, Canadian and Mexican requirements by overseeing crucial plan documentation and required federal, state, and local filings.Leverage digital tools, technology integrations, and data analytics to optimize plan efficiency, track utilization trends, and enhance the overall personalization of the benefits function.Have exclusively worked , negotiated with VendorsManaging benefits for Canada and Mexico is a plus.Work Experience 57yearsJob SummaryJob number: P- Profession: OthersExperience: 57years
