At The Orchards at Three Rivers, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Therapist at our facility, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential and independence. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs and goals of our residents
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
Design and lead occupational therapy activities and exercises to improve fine motor skills, balance, and mobility
Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Experience: Minimum of 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (new graduates welcome to apply)
Certifications: Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan; certification in occupational therapy is preferred
