Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 0.0 years of experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; outpatient clinical experience preferred but not required. Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting care accurately and timely. Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance parameters. Participates in student training, providing mentorship and supervision to future professionals. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state Practice Act and regulatory standards. Demonstrates organizational performance improvement awareness and actively contributes to quality enhancement initiatives.
