Line Cook / Prep Cook / Dishwasher

Primary Responsibilities

*Prepare menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.

*Prep ingredients for daily service while maintaining proper rotation and storage procedures.

*Maintain food quality, consistency, and ticket times during service.

*Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.

*Work in dish pit as needed.
