Automotive Sales Consultant – Marty's GMC Isuzu, Kingston, MA

We are seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships & create customers for life
• Greet customers as they arrive on the property and guide them through the Sales Process
• Assist customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Become a product specialist. Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Coordinate test drives and trade vehicle evaluations
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features of New and Pre-Owned Vehicles
• Present and negotiate purchase options
• Close deals while learning to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Deliver outstanding Customer Service with an experience second to none
• Follow-up with unsold and sold customers to maximize every opportunity for sale or referral business
• Report Directly to the Sales Management Team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
• Bring your best positive attitude with you every day

REQUIREMENTS:

• Outgoing, dependable, self-motivated and displays a positive attitude
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, one-on-one and over the phone
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Proficient in basic business math including percentages
• Prior Automotive Sales Experience is preferred

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma/GED required
• One-year minimum automotive sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• United States Work Authorization (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
