Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time King David Nursing and Rehab | Pikesville, MD $33-$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at King David Nursing and Rehab. Work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents build the skills needed for greater independence and participation in everyday activities. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising OT Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team What We Offer $33-$38/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive, collaborative therapy team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active Maryland COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduates are welcome to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
