We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide hands-on therapy while helping residents improve daily function, safety, and independence.
What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Reinforce adaptive techniques, equipment use, and safety strategies
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Collaborate with nursing and other rehabilitation professionals

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply
