Manager - Grain Division

The team at FARCO seeks an organized Manager – Grain Division to lead daily warehouse and parts operations supporting our grain‑handling facilities. The role ensures operational efficiency through accurate inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance support in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing parts and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory levels for grain‑handling and maintenance components using a web‑based inventory control system. Partner closely with operations teams to support scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs. Coordinate vendor orders, returns, and warranty claims. Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse environment. Unload trucks and verify shipments for accuracy and quality. Deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. Qualifications Experience in warehouse management, parts management, and web‑based inventory control systems. Experience operating forklifts and/or telehandlers. Knowledge of grain‑handling equipment preferred. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment. CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) or ability to obtain a CDL. High‑school diploma or equivalent required. What We’re Looking For Self‑motivated leader with strong attention to detail.
