Yacht Senior Private Client Advisor

Yacht Senior Private Client Advisor We are seeking a Private Client Advisor to support a high-volume book of business for our Private Pleasure Yachts Clients. You will provide proactive day-to-day service, anticipate client needs, respond to questions, gather information, propose solutions, negotiate with carriers, ensure compliance, develop new business, and maintain account data. Qualifications Insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele Property and Casualty (P&C) license Client‑facing experience with strong professionalism, confidentiality, written and verbal communication, teamwork, and urgency Some travel required Additional qualifications that are a plus (not required): 2+ years of yacht or marine insurance experience College degree Professional designations such as CPCI, CIC, CPRIA Relationship with carriers Experience using an agency management system Benefits Generous time off, including personal and volunteering Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Hybrid work Charitable contribution match programs Stock purchase opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr US012 Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC
