Miami Senior Project Coordinator

Senior Project Manager BMA Architects, Miami FL BMA Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of ultra high-end single-family residential projects in South Florida. This role is ideal for a highly organized, technically strong, and client-focused architect or project manager who thrives in a collaborative design environment and is capable of guiding complex projects from early design through construction administration. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of large-scale luxury residential projects through all phases of design and construction Coordinate all project efforts — technical, administrative, and consultant-related — to ensure efficient and successful project execution Serve as the primary client liaison and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the life of the project Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and overall project strategy Oversee project documentation, consultant coordination, permitting, and construction administration processes Manage internal project teams and mentor less experienced team members and project managers Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with design intent and client expectations Lead coordination with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies Proactively identify project risks, coordination issues, and scheduling challenges, and implement solutions Maintain a high level of technical quality control and project organization throughout all phases Participate in project planning, resource forecasting, and strategic decision-making with firm leadership Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture 10+ years of professional experience, with substantial experience managing high-end residential projects Strong technical and construction knowledge Advanced Revit proficiency required Experience leading complex custom residential projects through construction administration Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and consultants in a fast-paced environment Experience working directly with sophisticated high-net-worth clients preferred Licensure preferred but not required About BMA BMA Architects is an award-winning architecture and interiors firm with offices in the Hamptons and Miami.
