Lead Agile execution for the FMBT Interface team Facilitate sprint ceremonies, including planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coordinate backlog activities and delivery reporting Resolve impediments Coordinate with Government Product Owners, technical leads, developers, testers, and project leadership Support interface analysis, development, system testing, documentation, and release readiness Manage cross-team dependencies and stakeholder coordination Track risks, issues, action items, sprint progress, and delivery commitments Report Agile metrics and delivery status Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; approved adjudication required prior to onboarding Ability to obtain and maintain VA access 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master on software development or systems integration programs Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Agile metrics reporting Experience supporting SAFe-based delivery, cross-team dependency management, and stakeholder coordination Experience tracking risks, issues, action items, sprint progress, and delivery commitments in Government-approved tools Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments Experience supporting Federal IT programs preferred Experience supporting enterprise application implementations preferred Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent Agile certification Experience supporting VA, federal financial management, or large-scale ERP modernization programs Momentum Financials/iFAMS exposure preferred Travel required up to 10% Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Agile execution, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and managing cross-team dependencies while ensuring effective stakeholder coordination. Proficient in tracking Agile metrics and delivery commitments within Federal IT programs.
