Managing Partner - Title & Escrow

We are looking for a Managing Partner - Title & Escrow with an established book of business to launch and lead a branch for a national Title Insurance Company. This is a partnership-track position with huge opportunity for growth, a competitive base salary plus commission, and a real equity participation stake in the value you build!

Must be professional, ambitious, and proven in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be driven, entrepreneurial, passionate, polished, and savvyready to build an office rather than just process files. Full back-office support, capital, underwriting, technology, and compliance infrastructure will be provided so you can focus on growth.

Some of the basics:

• Overseeing and growing an existing book of business across purchase, refinance, or blended transactions
• Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing title and escrow production team
• Managing strong transaction volume and client relationships across local or national markets
• Leveraging centralized back-office operational support for seamless title production and closing workflows
• Maximizing team production overrides and building long-term business equity

Requirements:

• Strong title industry background; escrow and closing operational knowledge is a strong plus
• Established, consistent track record of maintaining high-volume monthly closing production
• Proven leadership skills with the drive to build, mentor, and manage a branch team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent verbal/written communication and strong interpersonal skills
• High level of organization, strong attention to detail, and sound business acumen
