We are seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team and provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive, collaborative environment.Located in Peterborough, New Hampshire, RiverMead is a not-for-profit, full-service Lifecare Community committed to delivering high-quality care and fostering a positive, rewarding workplace culture.Shift Differentials2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour3rd Shift: +$3.50/hourWeekend Differential: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday midnight)Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and oversee nursing care for assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead policies and professional nursing standardsPerform initial and ongoing resident assessmentsDevelop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and familiesAdminister medications and provide therapeutic treatments, including wound care, immunizations, and infection managementCarry out physician orders and coordinate referrals to appropriate healthcare disciplines as neededPromote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-beingQualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New HampshireCurrent CPR certificationWhat We OfferCompetitive payShift differentialsComprehensive benefits packageSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement
