Mixing and following batch recipes
Keep a clean & organized bar fridge
Provide support to the entire bar team
Set up bar wells in the morning
Maintain prep charts and proper rotation of all bar prep items
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Day shift
