To Discover more, please visit our website at Type: Full-Time Location: 1545 Francisco St., Torrance, CA 90501 Responsibilities: Report warehouse safety, security, and compliance metrics directly to the team manager. Conduct regular nationwide business trips to inspect all company warehouse locations, evaluating safety, security, and compliance statuses. Investigate current safety and security practices and procedures to perform comprehensive risk assessments. Develop and implement best-practice guidelines to maintain high standards in safety, security, and compliance operations. Maintain, update, and manage all comprehensive data and records related to warehouse safety, security, and compliance issues. Monitor, follow up, and drive resolution for existing and emerging safety, security, and compliance matters. Oversee the effective execution and continuous improvement of existing and future safety and security standard operating procedures. Develop and conduct accident-prevention training, alongside health, safety, and security workshops for warehouse staff. Partner with operation managers to ensure safety and compliance protocols are integrated seamlessly, promoting a secure and high-efficiency work environment. Investigate workplace accidents and security incidents to determine root causes and enforce corrective and preventive actions. Oversee and implement C-TPAT regulations and security guidelines across all facilities. Support general administrative duties and cross-functional initiatives for the team as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in developing, improving, and managing detailed safety and compliance procedures. Strong working knowledge of warehouse safety, security operations, and risk assessment methodologies. Hands-on experience with C-TPAT regulations and supply chain security compliance. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
