MDS Nurse RN

Facility: The Laurels of ColdwaterThe MDS Nurse is responsible for assisting with the accurate and timely completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), including the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAAs), care planning and supporting documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations.
