The Providence Center
The Providence Center Residential Case Manager Grandview Supported Apartments provides clinical case management services to support and advance program goals and objectives through a high-quality, client-centered approach. They identify clients’ needs using a person-centered framework that addresses mental health symptoms as well as co-occurring disorders.
They also collaborate with clients to achieve the highest possible level of independence.
