Contract & Forms Analyst

Job Summary Act as a liaison between Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) and third‑party vendor companies that produce billing statements, letters, invoices, etc. Analyze and troubleshoot issues with vendor prints, audit vendor activity, load monthly billing statement campaigns, and coordinate change activity and communications with DMS vendors for retail contracts, lease agreements, and enterprise documents in North America. Responsibilities Vendor Liaison & Coordination: Analyze, coordinate, communicate, and provide testing support for vendor‑related enhancements, changes, and fixes. Support daily/monthly interface files, work with ITM on enhancements, and coordinate communication between vendors and MBFS business and IT units. (25%) Billing Statement Campaign Management: Load monthly campaigns for MB billing statements, act as liaison for billing statement projects with vendor, and test monthly campaigns. (20%) Retail Contracts, Lease Agreements & Document Support: Manage lease agreements, retail LAW contracts, and supporting documents in coordination with Marketing, Legal, dealer service providers, vendor partners, and the MBUSA dealer network. Track translations, create change requests, and support form updates across North America. (20%) Vendor and Forms Audit Support: Perform annual vendor audits and support Vendor Management, IT Security, OGC, and Procurement with compliance/audit needs. Provide retail LAW contracts and lease agreements to the compliance team as required. (5%) Customer Support: Answer vendor‑form questions raised by customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico; provide field support including evenings and weekends; conduct analysis and coordinate root‑cause investigations; communicate results to customer‑facing teams. (15%) Invoice Processing & Payment Requests: Reconcile vendor invoices with daily/monthly activity; review invoices and assign appropriate cost centers; submit purchase‑order requests for coverage; monitor the USPS account and submit payment requests. (15%) Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance is not provided. Minimum of 3–5 years of overall work experience; preferred experience: Administration: 2–3 years Business–General: 3–5 years Customer Service: 2–3 years Information Technology: 1–2 years Marketing: 2–3 years Records Management: 1–2 years Vendor Management: 2–3 years Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Recommended majors: Accounting Business Administration Skills: Analytical skills: collect data, establish facts, identify trends and variances. Facilitation skills. PC skills: Corporate Mainframe, Microsoft Office. Problem‑solving skills. Project Management skills: lead or participate in projects. Additional Skills: Alfa and FAW application knowledge (3+ years). Basic understanding of file transmission technology (2 years). Word, Excel, Access (Relational Database) (5 years). Basic MBFS business knowledge (5+ years). Written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail; critical thinking; customer focus; ability to communicate with outside vendors; JIRA experience (1–2 years).
