Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and review manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing production systems to enhance efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality Design and implement automated and manual systems Develop and test production procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Train staff on new manufacturing processes Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment Excellent problem-solving and project management skills Familiarity with safety and environmental standards Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with lean manufacturing principles Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies Prior experience in a similar role What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Growth and learning opportunities Friendly and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
