Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to support warehouse and distribution operations in Eagan, MN. This position is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, pick, and stage materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has prior sit-down forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
• Pick, pack, check, and load products to and from designated areas and trailers.
• Move and stack palletized or crated materials in designated storage locations.
• Use RF scanners and complete required inventory and shipping documentation.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance, safety, quality, or production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of sit-down forklift experience required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to take directions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to cross-train and work overtime as needed.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
• Safety boots/shoes required.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift | Monday – Wednesday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm | Thursday, 2:30 pm – 7:00 pm
• Overtime Sunday| 6:00 am – 6:30 pm

Compensation:

• $21.00 per hour
