About the Role: Store Sales Manager As a Store Sales Manager, you will lead your clinic to success by combining strategic oversight with hands‑on sales contributions. You’ll ensure smooth clinic operations, foster a collaborative team environment, and set the standard for excellence in patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to directly impact clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and team development. Compensation Competitive base salary at our Dallas‑Garland location, plus revenue shares based on your clinic’s performance. This plan rewards leadership and dedication to driving results. Average annual earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000 , with top performers exceeding expectations. Location: Dallas‑Garland. Anticipated start date: May 27th, with a launch on June 26th. Key Responsibilities Lead by example and contribute to individual sales while coaching Patient Care Coordinators to achieve goals and maximize clinic revenue. Oversee daily scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing and a seamless patient experience. Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics, guaranteeing a premium experience from consultation to treatment. Track CRM initiatives with a focus on cross‑sell, upsell, and win‑back strategies to boost revenue. Ensure the clinic operates under LaserAway’s brand standards, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and staff dress codes. Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians, fostering a positive work environment while managing performance. Manage medical inventory, supplies, and aesthetic equipment maintenance. Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to position LaserAway as a key community member. Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Operations teams to align staffing, budgeting, and performance goals. Lead with compassion and professionalism, encouraging a motivated, unified team working toward shared objectives. What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: 3+ years of leadership in high‑end B2C retail or high‑touch service industries with proven consultative sales success. Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis. Leadership: Dynamic leader who thrives on talent acquisition, team development, and collaboration across sales and clinical teams.
