Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Registered Nurse – OncologySchedule12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights.Assignment DetailsDaily census of approximately 22 patients; 24 beds available.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of current, consistent acute care nursing experience.At least 1 year of PCU/stepdown experience.Oncology experience preferred but not required.Valid compact or state nursing license required at the time of submission.Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.Experience with telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with acute leukemia.Administer blood products, IV therapies, and medications as prescribed.Manage patient care in accordance with infection prevention and falls prevention protocols.Utilize rapid response teams when necessary for patient emergencies.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including pharmacy, social work, and physical therapy.Perform central line, PICC, and peripheral line care, as well as phlebotomy and blood draws.Compliance / NotesPre-approved time off is required; parking options will be provided upon request.Client Details City Columbus State OH Job Board Disclaimer TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
