Job Summary:
The Medical Technologist (MLT/Clinical Lab Scientist) is responsible for performing laboratory testing and analysis to support patient diagnosis and treatment. They ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards in a fast-paced clinical laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic tests and procedures using Meditech system to facilitate timely and accurate results.
• Prepare, analyze, and report laboratory specimens with precision and attention to quality control.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to uphold a compliant work environment.
• Document test results accurately and communicate findings to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and improve lab processes.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist certification.
• Demonstrate experience working with Meditech laboratory information system.
• Show proficiency in clinical laboratory procedures and diagnostic testing.
• Hold relevant licenses or credentials as required by state or industry regulations.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent data documentation skills.
