UnitedHealth Group is seeking a dedicated customer service professional for a remote role serving Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. You will assist members and providers via phone, coordinate care, and manage referrals and authorizations as part of a high-volume support team. The position offers full-time hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST with occasional overtime and virtual training from home.
