GMP Production Technician — Nutraceuticals & Food
Location: Between Sequim & Port Angeles, WA (near bus line) | Pay: $23.00/hour

Why this role mattersWe’re adding 7 teammates to meet growing demand for premium live products, powders, and tinctures enjoyed by customers nationwide. Our culture centers on quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement—every batch is crafted with care and held to rigorous standards.
What you’ll handle- Contribute across all production phases: harvesting, drying, grinding, blending, and packaging
- Safely lift, move, and mix materials (including bags up to 55 pounds) while maintaining consistency
- Follow detailed formulas and work instructions with precision
- Use scales and gauges accurately; complete basic math and conversions
- Operate production equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform quality checks throughout the process and flag inconsistencies
- Uphold a clean, organized, and food-safe environment (GMP focus)
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Partner closely with teammates to achieve daily production targets
- Learn new processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Fast learner who enjoys mastering new skills
- Comfortable following clear, step-by-step instructions
- Pride in maintaining a spotless, sanitary workspace
- Solid measurement reading and basic math skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and accountability
- Manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience helpful (not required)
- $23.00 per hour
- Full-time, long-term opportunity on a steady schedule
- Facility operates 7 days/week from 4:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Available start times: 4:00 AM or 7:00 AM
- Weekend availability required
