Senior Deposit Pricing and Analytics Executive - GWIM

Job Description This role is responsible for developing and sponsoring short‑ and long‑term product management plans for wealth management deposit products. The position leads product strategy, pricing and cross‑functional collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, implementation and customer service. Key Responsibilities Develop and sponsor short‑ and long‑term product management plans. Conduct market research and competitor analyses, determine product pricing, and identify innovative opportunities. Lead product management efforts integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation and customer service strategies. Lead detailed reporting on the wealth‑management deposit portfolio, including volumes, trends, pricing, products, outcomes and key observations for senior management. Support continuous improvement of deposit pricing processes, opportunity pricing and reporting. Monitor opportunity pricing activity, ensuring transparency and documentation completeness. Partner with consumer pricing teams to align processes, review and address risks. Maintain awareness of market trends, fintech innovation, competitive offerings and regulatory developments related to deposits and pricing. Represent the product in senior leadership forums and contribute to broader banking strategy. Own a set of products and corresponding financials, managing investment profile and P&L activities. Partner with internal stakeholders to obtain insights about markets, clients and competitors to develop products that solve client needs. Lead a team responsible for product development plans, sales training, and marketing materials. Instill a culture of continuous improvement and effective risk management. Required Qualifications 10–15 years of related experience with demonstrated understanding of deposit products and pricing strategy. Strategic planning and product management skills. Strong analytical skills with broad perspective. People and project management skills. Experience partnering with key stakeholders including field leadership and client teams to drive positive business results. Work Information Shift: 1st shift (United States) Hours per week: 40 Locations: Boston, Ohio, New Jersey, New York Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $180,000 – $241,500, plus discretionary incentive plan.
