Overview Join our dynamic team at Max Motors Dealerships, where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the automotive industry and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on vehicle services. Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently. Evaluate customer needs and offer suitable service recommendations. Prepare and present service estimates to customers and explain repair procedures. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and strive for resolution. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance. Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to service management. Nice to have: Relevant certifications or training in automotive service. Nice to have: Experience with CRM software.
