Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and technology-forward Salesforce Technical Architect to spearhead the implementation of next-generation CRM and intelligent agent capabilities under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the United States. In this high-leverage software design and data architecture seat, you will hold absolute technical ownership over designing, building, and scaling enterprise-level cloud platforms for our life sciences industry clients. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data entry logs, basic page layouts, or simple support desk help ticketing queues, you will operate an active high-concurrency relational data sync, autonomous prompt engineering, and custom microservices tuning laboratory. Partnering directly beside distributed cross-functional teams, platform engineers, and life sciences domain experts, you will translate legacy multi-tenant systems into robust technical solutions. This position requires an engineering authority with a proven background delivering complex Salesforce solutions who manages data layers fluidly natively using AI Engineer, Prompt Engineering, and Backend primitives, navigates enterprise compliance boundaries with extreme accuracy, and structures secure transactional networks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentforce Autonomous Solution Governance: Architect, implement, and optimize production-ready cognitive workflows and customer solutions natively utilizing hands-on Agentforce frameworks, Core mechanics, and intelligent Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Data Cloud Integration Instrumentation: Design and scale complex ingestion patterns, structural lookup schemas, and relational processing graphs within the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem.
• High-Integrity Code Customization: Lead backend system customizations and optimize programmatic database execution blocks natively deploying Apex development best practices.
• Enterprise Compliance & Security Triage: Navigate strict enterprise security evaluations, regulatory verification guidelines, and data boundaries matching rigid life sciences industry protection metrics natively leveraging Backend setups.
• Cross-Functional Strategy Alignment: Partner close-knit beside product managers, data architects, and client stakeholders to translate abstract business processes into highly scalable, auditable system designs.
• Technical Practice Standardization: Formulate development baselines, secure coding guidelines, code review frameworks, and quality assurance processes across a small, fast-moving engineering team.
• End-to-End Problem Ownership: Act with a high-agency focus to meet unexpected architecture challenges, managing multi-tenant infrastructure integrations from blueprinting through to final deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Possess a formal Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a matching quantitative technical discipline (or verified equivalent practical history).
• Demonstrated tracking and successful professional engineering history operating as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Principal Solutions Engineer, Core Salesforce Developer, or closely matching tech-driven cloud architecture capacity.
• Expert Platform and Language Command: Advanced practical literacy building, debugging, and maintaining enterprise instances natively utilizing Apex development alongside a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure networks.
• Meticulous hands-on production experience designing, deploying, and calibrating Agentforce tools, custom prompt layers, and Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion patterns into active commercial environments.
• Grounded functional comprehension of security controls, multi-tenant encryption standards, and compliance frameworks specific to the life sciences, healthcare, or biotech sectors .
• Outstanding written and verbal presentation communication strengths in English, with an established background explaining abstract backend or autonomous agent limitations cleanly to non-technical corporate business leads.
• Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified full-stack Salesforce engineering and cloud architecture authorities residing permanently within the United States .
