We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Duties

• Operate and oversee packaging machines, ensuring smooth and continuous operation throughout the shift
• Perform routine equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs to minimize downtime
• Handle materials using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production and GMP guidelines
• Carry up to 30 pound buckets of powder to refill gel tanks
• Wrap pallets with stretch film and label the pallets according to their size
• Assist with setup, calibration, and changeovers of packaging machinery for different product runs
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine performance, and safety inspections
• Experience
• Prior experience (3+ Years) operating packaging machines or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and basic machining skills is highly desirable
• Warehouse experience including material handling equipment operation such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus
• Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality assessments are necessary
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
