Industrial Food Production Equipment Operator Join a Team that Builds Careers

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is partnering with a growing manufacturer to add reliable operators to the line. If you’re looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and real advancement potential, this role delivers.

Highlights at a Glance

Pay: $20.00/hour starting rate
Shift differentials: +$1.00 (2nd shift) | +$2.00 (3rd shift)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Schedule: AM / PM options
Weekends: Required availability (Saturday & Sunday)
Stability: Full-time, long-term roles with growth
Pay cadence: Weekly

Your Impact

Load/unload materials into/out of production equipment
Operate and monitor machines; perform basic troubleshooting
Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality specifications
Conduct routine checks to verify equipment performance
Maintain accurate production logs and inventory entries
Flag production issues early and collaborate on solutions
Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workstation

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Comfort standing for extended periods and doing repetitive work
Basic math/reading and mechanical aptitude
Detail orientation and strong safety awareness
Capable of working quickly with minimal supervision
Available to work weekends as scheduled

Bonus Skills

Manufacturing or production background
Experience with lean/continuous improvement

Environment

Manufacturing floor with active machinery and noise
Occasional contact with production material components
Fast-moving production line conditions
