MAG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join our growing service department. This is a rare opportunity for a highly skilled technician who enjoys diagnosing complex issues in a high-performing dealership.

Compensation & Incentives

• Up to $65 per flat rate hour

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
• Manage manufacturer technical assistance cases and STAR cases
• Ensure repair quality and accuracy before vehicles are returned to customers
• Help maintain productivity, efficiency, and shop workflow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership technician experience preferred
• CDJR/Stellantis experience strongly preferred
• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• Chrysler certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
