Develop and grow a personal practice within the firm. Collaborate with partners to build a strong team. Engage in business development activities. Requirements Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Possess a portable book of business. Proven business development experience and success. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong research, writing, and editing abilities. Education Bachelor's degree Juris Doctor (J.D.)
