This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Adoption Specialist based in the United States.

As an Adoption Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of innovative SaaS solutions. You will build strong, lasting relationships while proactively identifying customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. A key part of the role is delivering engaging product education, workshops, and enablement sessions that increase adoption and user confidence. You will use customer data and product usage insights to identify risks, strengthen retention, and uncover opportunities for account growth. Working closely with Account Management and Product teams, you will ensure customer feedback directly informs business and product priorities. The role also offers opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and high performance. This is an impactful position for a customer-focused professional who enjoys technology, collaboration, and a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with established enterprise customers, proactively understanding their needs and addressing critical pain points.
• Anticipate customer challenges and provide strategic guidance that strengthens satisfaction, engagement, retention, and overall product value.
• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions, webinars, workshops, and product education programs to help users understand and maximize available solutions.
• Leverage product usage data and customer insights to identify adoption trends, potential risks, and opportunities for expansion or cross-selling in partnership with Account Management.
• Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback and relevant industry trends to Product Management and other internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to champion customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions by translating customer requirements and workflow challenges into actionable insights.
• Support and mentor team members by sharing customer success practices, product knowledge, and effective approaches to client engagement.
• Continuously identify ways to improve customer education, product adoption, internal processes, and team performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Product Training, or a comparable client-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
• Strong ability to learn complex products and workflows quickly and translate that knowledge into practical guidance for customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence facilitating virtual meetings, webinars, workshops, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong customer relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility, understand customer workflows, and act as a consultative partner.
• Comfortable working with data and usage analytics to identify customer trends, risks, and opportunities and support informed decision-making.
• Proficiency with business productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with an openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency and analysis.
• Strong resilience and adaptability, with the ability to remain composed under pressure and adjust effectively as priorities change.
• A naturally curious and inquisitive mindset, with an interest in understanding customer challenges and finding ways to improve the user experience.
• Outcome-oriented and solution-focused, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering measurable value.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build effective relationships across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Previous experience mentoring or supporting colleagues is valuable.
