Job Description:

The Operations Analyst | Project coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s business operations by leveraging data-driven insights, managing workloads, tracking key financial and operational metrics, and ensuring ongoing operational excellence. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about using data to drive business outcomes.

Supplier call notes:

Looking for general analyst with cross-functional teamwork abilities

o   o Analysed data to forecast trends and optimize service delivery using Excel and Power BI.

o Issue tracking & resolution

o Financial or technology background - preferred

• Primary focus: attention to detail and project coordination

• Main responsibility: liaison between different groups - This role is intended to be more of a cross functional liaison, and while some analytical ability is helpful.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree helpful but not 100% necessary

• Work with operations team to capture missed communication details

• Translate information across teams for smoother operations

• Review documents and drawings for project specifics

• Track job locations and timing requirements

• Experience with Excel Spreadsheet and the Microsoft Power Suite

• Handle budgeting and financial work (teachable if needed)

• Business/finance background preferred but flexible

• Cross-functional teamwork more important than technical skills

• Attention to detail critical for document revie

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

• Developed reports, Cross‐department communication & coordination

• Issue tracking & resolution

• Project and initiative support

• Compliance, accuracy, and documentation

• Process flow management - Understanding the specific workflows, departments, or recurring activities involved will help better target candidates with the right operational background.

• Operational support & execution - will be coordinating with construction to verify locations are ready to be restored as well as identify parts of locations that aren't quite ready but are captured for future restoration activities. Will involve looking at tracker files, drawings, schedules, and conversing/coordinating with construction team and vendors
