Their preschooler is outgoing, social, imaginative, and full of personality. She loves water play, painting, games, imaginative play, being outdoors, trips to the park, and spending time with friends. She experiences emotions deeply and benefits from a caregiver who can remain calm, confident, and consistent while helping her navigate her feelings. Their toddler is sweet, affectionate, and enjoys plenty of interaction and engagement throughout the day. He loves climbing, trucks, stacking toys, and activities that encourage his fine motor development. The ideal nanny will be warm, energetic, and engaging while also being comfortable setting and maintaining boundaries. The family values a nanny who can be firm yet kind, redirect behavior appropriately, and support the parents' discipline approach of talking through challenges, redirection, and quiet time when needed. In addition to providing attentive childcare, the nanny will assist with child-related household tasks and help keep the family's daily routine running smoothly.
