We seek a in-office (no remote at start) LICENSED P&C and Life/Health/Accident insurance specialist with at least three years of insurance experience (Salary pay rate corresponds to related experience). This is an in-office position and you must provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, process policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. We seek a in-office (no remote at start) LICENSED P&C and Life/Health/Accident licensed insurance specialist with at least three years of insurance experience. Farmers Insurance experience is a bonus (Salary pay rate corresponds to related experience).

Responsibilities

Position Details below include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones for customers and ensure positive experience with every interaction.
• Prospect current and potential customers to generate new business (referrals/cross-sells).
• Coordinate daily appointments, phone meetings, annual policy reviews for agent.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain required insurance licenses in good standing.
• Assess client needs and advise clients on coverage(s) and quoted products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners in community.
• Pivot service requests to sell company products / services and follow-up routinely with clients.

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful problem solver.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
