Responsibilities Configure new promotions, conduct testing, and monitor active offer engagement Support the Product Team in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders Coordinate testing and prepare/review reports across multiple offers Maintain and update offer alerts across all product promotions Prepare and organize documentation, including business requirements, user stories, test cases, and training materials Coordinate with technology, marketing, and business partners to track project progress and testing outcomes Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate offer functionality and accuracy prior to release Assist and monitor customer inquiries involving Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations Update and maintain project dashboards, reports, and presentation materials Support ongoing releases by coordinating with technology teams to ensure timely and successful deployment Contribute to project planning, release readiness, and business sign-off processes Qualifications 5–7 years of relevant experience in technology, digital marketing, product management, or marketing operations Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Experience with SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Jira or Confluence is a plus Experience in financial services or another regulated industry Compensation & Benefits Salary range (NJ): $85,000 – $140,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
