We are seeking a Staffing Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing support to Staffing Specialist and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
- Update applicants, employees and client records
- Follow company policies, rules and regulations
- Fill job orders, communicate with clients
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
? Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing and sales a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
Pay DOE
You must have experience in a busy office environment to be considered.
