Quick Facts Location: Everett, WA Start Date: 08/15/2026 Schedule: Inpatient onsite days 7am-5:30pm; Night pager call 5pm-7am (must be able to do both) End Date/Duration: Ongoing coverage, with urgent shifts September 7-13 Shift: 7am-5:30pm days; 12-hour night call shifts Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule; OT applies after 10 hours/day Employment Type: Locum / Temporary License/Certs: Must have active licensure and clean files; current state licenses preferred Experience: At least 1 year in inpatient/internal medicine management Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour Additional Bonuses: $500 daily bonus during the 9/7-13 shifts Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive W-2 medical benefits Paid sick time, in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements where applicable Robust support from a dedicated team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide inpatient medical care in an onsite hospital setting Cover inpatient shifts scheduled from early mornings to evenings Participate in night pager call responsibilities as needed Coordinate with hospital staff and specialists to ensure quality patient care Adhere to facility protocols and documentation standards Maintain accurate records and follow all licensing and credentialing requirements What You Need Active medical license in WA or the ability to obtain one quickly Relevant certifications and credentials in internal medicine and inpatient care Ability to work both day and night shifts (must be able to do both) At least 1 year of inpatient or internal medicine experience Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Everett, WA, providing urgent inpatient coverage for one of the region’s prominent hospitals.
