What You'll Do
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant by leading your team and ensuring every shift meets Dunkin' brand standards.
Leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain exceptional team members.
- Create a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture.
- Develop Shift Leaders and Crew Members for internal promotion.
- Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.
Operations
- Execute all Dunkin' operational and brand standards consistently.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service.
- Maintain exceptional product quality and food safety standards.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization inside and outside the building.
- Manage labor to maximize productivity while controlling costs.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Business Performance
- Drive restaurant sales and profitability.

- Analyze restaurant reports and implement action plans to improve results.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Create weekly schedules based on business needs.
- Complete payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience (Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule Expectations
This is a full-time salaried leadership position.
Managers are expected to:
- Work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- Be scheduled five days per week
- Maintain flexibility based on business needs
- Lead peak business periods, including mornings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
- Be present on the restaurant floor, coaching and supporting the team
