Membership Coordinator

Proactively reach out to potential members via phone, email, and other channels to share the benefits of membership. Follow up with leads to answer questions, provide guidance, and encourage enrollment. Maintain accurate records of member interactions and status updates using our database/CRM system. Support existing members and address their needs to ensure continued satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies for membership growth. Assist in planning and promoting events, campaigns, or special offers as needed. Provide a positive, professional, and enthusiastic experience for every prospect and member.
