Marketing Campaign Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:


Puyallup Tribal Enterprises (PTE) is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This position directs campaign delivery and operational account management across our portfolio of distinct commercial enterprises spanning logistics, fuel, specialty printing, construction, retail/DTC, golf, hospitality, and entertainment. Acting as the operational bridge between entity business leaders, our internal creative team, and outside vendors, this role translates business objectives into structured execution plans, maintains production schedules, negotiates vendor contracts, and drives multi-channel campaign execution across all operating units. PTE relies on this position to bring agency or entertainment-grade account rigor, vendor accountability, and high-tempo operational organization to our diverse portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the dedicated marketing partner to entity leadership; build strong operational relationships with general managers to capture commercial priorities, seasonal pushes, and growth targets across diverse B2B, retail, and entertainment businesses
• Turn high-level entity goals into structured campaign plans and precise creative instructions, confirming complete inputs, audience definitions, deliverables, budgets, and milestones before production begins
• Build and oversee production schedules, manage dependencies across multiple active initiatives, eliminate operational friction, and ensure deliverables launch on time
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, media partners, and production suppliers; hold external partners strictly accountable for deliverables, technical specifications, and budgets
• Direct promotional campaigns across digital, print, on-site signage, experiential activations, and local media, ensuring brand consistency and unified messaging across varied customer touchpoints
• Maintain the enterprise-wide marketing and promotional calendar, giving senior leadership and entity managers clear visibility into active campaigns, upcoming deadlines, and cross-portfolio initiatives
• Track and report account management to senior leadership, providing clear visibility into all active campaign progress and timelines
• Provide clear and complete project instructions to creative talent and external partners to minimize mid-campaign scope changes and/or administrative delay
• Effectively negotiate external vendor engagements to keep production costs within planned budget thresholds, without sacrificing quality
• Effectively manage all campaigns to ensure that they launch accurately and on schedule across all operating businesses
• Champion PTE values and work to teach and promote them throughout PTE
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with all employees, vendors, business partners, government/regulatory entities, and communities in which we operate
• Use all company resources efficiently to promote maximum results for PTE; maintain PTE equipment and assets to maximize return on investment
• Strictly follow workplace safety measures; safeguard the welfare of all employees, guests, visitors, and business partners at all times; promptly report workplace risks, incidents, injuries, and near misses
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive and proprietary business information and safeguard PTE assets at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ year's of progressive account management, integrated campaign management, or production delivery within an agency, multi-business enterprise, or entertainment and hospitality management environment
• Strong track record driving synchronized promotions across digital channels, traditional collateral, environmental/on-site assets, and experiential activations
• Proven success negotiating terms, pricing, and timelines with external service providers, production houses, and outside commercial vendors
• Advanced command of production scheduling, resource planning, and modern project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Smartsheet)
• Deep background managing high-pressure, deadline-driven projects with multiple competing priorities, tight turnaround windows, and zero tolerance for missed dates
• Comfortable leading intake meetings, setting firm expectations, and managing priorities directly with entity general managers and executive leadership
• High capability to independently navigate ambiguity, establish priorities among competing requests, and enforce accountability across internal and external teams
• Proven ability to manage big-picture timelines while maintaining rigorous control over the tactical details of complex, concurrent campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Relates well to all people, diplomatic/gracious; builds good relationships without compromising results

• Ability to occasionally work non-standard hours to accommodate business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
