Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities Draft, review, revise, and redline contracts, agreements, amendments, and vendor terms. Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs) for professional services, IT/technology, and construction-related engagements. Ensure compliance with Texas public procurement requirements and university policies. Coordinate contract documentation, approvals, and execution workflows with internal stakeholders. Support contract negotiations, vendor communications, and contract lifecycle management. Maintain accurate contract records and track revisions, renewals, and approvals. Required Qualifications 3+ years of relevant contract administration , management, or drafting experience (preferred). Experience with Texas public universities, state agencies , or other governmental entities strongly preferred. Strong understanding of public procurement , contract compliance , and vendor agreements . Proven experience drafting and redlining complex contracts. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills. Familiarity with JAGGAER Contracts+ is a plus.
